Everything has been meticulously chosen. You have finalized your homesite and curated your interior and exterior design packages, and all structural options are in place. We'll use this information to order the plans for your new home.
Pre-Start
We secure permits, finalize drawings, and prepare your homesite for construction, ensuring a seamless start.
Construction Begins!
This is where the magic begins. Our trusted trade partners meticulously transform blueprints into your living experience, bringing your home to life one detail at a time.
Foundation
Whether it's a concrete slab or a framed crawl space, this is where your home's grounded and realistic structure begins.
Framing
The bones of your home take shape as the structure is installed.
Rough-Ins
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical lines are installed within the walls, setting the stage for all the cozy comfort and functional elegance to come.
Pre-Drywall Meeting
Your Construction Manager will give you a behind-the-walls tour of your home, offering a closer look at the construction process and materials.
Drywall
Insulation is installed and the walls go up. This is where the inside of your home really begins to take shape.
New Home Orientation
Discover the ins and outs of your new home's features with your Construction Manager. You'll learn essential maintenance tips and review the warranty process. You'll also note any items that need to be addressed before your final walk.
Your Home is Complete!
Cue the confetti and pop the bubbly! You are just a few steps away from calling it yours. The finish line is in sight, and your next chapter is about to begin.
Confirmation Meeting
A quick check-in to confirm that everything from your new home orientation is complete, so you are ready to close!
Closing Day!
Drumroll ... it's move-in day! Settle in and start living your best life ever.

Eleven months after closing, we send in our Fortner team to ensure your home is functioning as it should. Every home comes with a 10-Year Structural Warranty (one of the best in the home-building business) and a streamlined warranty program to give you peace of mind.
