Room to Live, Room to Grow
There is something special about having a little more space.
At Bennett Fields, homesites are close to an acre, giving homeowners room to spread out and make their outdoor space their own. Whether that means a place for the kids to play, space for a backyard gathering, room for a garden, or simply a little extra breathing room, these homesites offer something that is becoming harder to find in new construction.
And while the setting feels peaceful and spacious, Bennett Fields is conveniently located near Pine Level, Selma, and Princeton, making everyday errands, school, work, and community life easily accessible.
Five Floor Plans, One Beautiful Community
Bennett Fields will feature homes from the Fortner Homes Summit Collection, giving homebuyers the opportunity to choose from five thoughtfully designed floor plans:
Each plan offers its own combination of spaces, features, and finishes designed around the way homeowners live today. From open-concept living areas to spacious bedrooms and flexible spaces, the Summit Collection gives buyers options while maintaining the thoughtful design and quality Fortner Homes is known for.
Whether a buyer is searching for a home for a growing family, looking for more space, or simply ready for a home that better fits the next chapter of life, there is a floor plan to explore at Bennett Fields.
More Than a New Home. An Elevated Standard.
The Summit Collection was created with a simple idea:Â buyers shouldn't have to choose between a beautiful home and a home filled with the details they actually want.
While many traditional builders reserve upgraded finishes and design details for an additional cost, the Fortner Homes Summit Collection takes a different approach. It brings a thoughtful selection of elevated features and finishes into the home from the start.
Summit Collection homes include details such as:
- 20 mm LVP flooring
- 3 cm quartz countertops
- Custom fireplace wall and mantel
- Crown moulding throughout the home
- Custom wood closet shelving
- Three ceiling fans
- Customized trim wall
- Fully tiled primary bathroom shower
- Soft-close cabinetry
- Under-cabinet kitchen lighting
- Tiled flooring in the laundry room and bathrooms
- Fully finished two-car garage
- Upgraded GE range in the kitchen
- Framed mirrors selected to complement the home's finishes
- Screened-In Porch/Patio
These are the details that make a house feel finished, intentional, and personal.
The goal is not simply to give buyers more options. It is to give them more home from the beginning.
